Bricklaying Supervisor - Burgess Hill

LOCATION: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
DURATION: 18 months (approx.)

HOURS: Full-time, Monday to Friday
CSCS CARD: Required

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bricklaying Supervisor to oversee a team of bricklayers on a long-term project in Burgess Hill. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing work on a well-run site.

Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating a team of bricklayers on site
Reading and interpreting construction drawings to ensure accurate work is delivered to specification
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and within scope
Liaising with site management and other trades to coordinate work effectively
Providing hands-on assistance with bricklaying as and when required
Ensuring compliance with all site health and safety procedures
Keeping records of progress and reporting to the site manager or contracts manager as needed
