We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a site in Sutton Valence, Kent, starting Wednesday 12th August for approximately 1 week.
The role will primarily involve snagging and finishing works, so we are looking for a reliable and experienced carpenter with a good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Carrying out general carpentry snagging and finishing works
• Identifying and rectifying defects and incomplete works
• Completing minor remedial carpentry works as required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working safely and keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Liaising with the site team to complete outstanding snagging items
• Following all site health and safety requirements
Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card – essential
• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Previous snagging and finishing experience
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a site team
• Full PPE required
• Recent/valid references required
