JOB ROLE: Contracts Manager
LOCATION: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
SALARY: £250/day - £260/day (6 month temp to perm role)
START DATE: March 2026
About the Role:
RGM Recruitment Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our client’s team. They are a dynamic construction company delivering projects across the South of England. They pride themselves on high-quality delivery, strong client relationships and nurturing talent within their team.
They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and manage contracts ranging from £500k to £5m in value. This role is hands-on and involves client interface, site visits and office-based contract management. You will also mentor and develop their Construction Managers, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and robust processes across the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards

Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships

Mentor and develop Construction Managers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing

Ensure compliance with company processes and legal requirements

Provide leadership, guidance and support across multiple project teams

Production of reports and project timelines for the Managing Director
Requirements:

NEBOSH qualification (preferred)

Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction contract management

Proven experience managing contracts from £500k to £5m

Strong leadership, mentoring and team development skills

Flexible approach to working across project sites (typically within 20 miles of Head Office)
