We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy team working in Chatham.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general labouring duties on various sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Moving and handling materials safely
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and other team members
- Helping with site preparation and clearance
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Using basic hand tools where required
- Following instructions from supervisors and site management
- Travelling with the team to different locations in the company van
- Assisting with deliveries and moving equipment/materials
- Working safely and responsibly at all times
- Carrying out other reasonable general labouring duties as required
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS card – essential
- Valid DBS – essential
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential
- Must live locally to Medway
- Good communication skills
- Previous labouring or construction experience is preferred
- Must be comfortable meeting at a designated pick-up point and travelling in a work van with other members of the team
