We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Groundworker to join an ongoing project in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- General groundworks including digging, trenching, concreting, and drainage
- Slab laying, kerbing, and edging
- Preparing and levelling ground surfaces
- Working alongside machine operators and other site trades
- Following instructions from site supervisors and working as part of a team
- Always maintaining health and safety standards on-site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest/jacket, steel toe boots)
- Previous experience in groundworks on construction sites
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
