JOB TYPE: Full time / Temporary
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team on a construction project in Derby, Derbyshire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of general groundworks
- Excavation, drainage, and foundation works
- Laying kerbs, slabs, and concrete
- Trenching and backfilling
- Working alongside plant operators and other trades
- Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
- Following all health and safety procedures on site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Extensive experience in all aspects of groundworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of site health and safety
- Full PPE required (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
