We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker with a valid Forward Tipping Dumper Ticket to join a busy site in Ebbsfleet, Kent. This is a 3-month contract offering £20.00 per hour, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be confident in all aspects of finishing groundworks, including:
- Kerb laying
- Slab laying and paving
- Edging and block paving
- Concreting and finishing works
- Final trims and levels
- Installing and finishing drainage
- General snagging and finishing tasks
- Safe operation of a forward tipping dumper
- Working from site drawings and to specification
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Ticket
- Proven experience in all aspects of finishing groundworks
- Own PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Two checkable work references
- Right to work in the UK
