We are seeking a versatile Handyman to join a dynamic construction team in Maidstone, Kent. In this full-time, ongoing role, you will be responsible for a variety of repair, maintenance, and finishing tasks on-site, including general snagging, minor carpentry, painting, patch plastering, and supporting tradesmen with daily site duties. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth project progression and maintaining high standards of work. - Carry out general maintenance, snagging, and repair work
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, patch plastering, and minor works
- Support tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in good condition
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
- Work independently to efficiently complete tasks to a high standard
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Multi-Trader within construction or maintenance environments
- Own basic tools and full PPE
- Strong practical skills and keen attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (preferred)
In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £19.00 – £20.00 (depending on experience), paid weekly. This role provides consistent, ongoing local work in a friendly and professional team environment.
