Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Handyperson to join an ongoing project in Maidstone, Kent. This role will involve a variety of general maintenance and finishing tasks on a busy site, supporting the wider team to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general snagging and finishing works

Basic carpentry tasks such as fitting skirting boards, architraves, and doors

Minor plumbing tasks including fixing leaks and installing basic fixtures

Basic painting and decorating touch-ups

Repairing and maintaining fixtures and fittings

Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe

Assisting site managers and trades where required
Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
-
Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Proven experience as a Handyperson or in a similar multi-trade role

Ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks to a good standard

Own tools preferred

Checkable references

Strong work ethic and reliability
