LOCATION: Sittingbourne

PAY RATE: £20 per hour
HOURS: 9 hours paid per day
We are looking for someone who is practical, hands-on and confident carrying out general handyman duties. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Duties
- Carrying out general handyman and maintenance tasks as required on site.
- Assisting with general repairs, maintenance and improvement works.
- Undertaking basic fitting, fixing and installation tasks.
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assisting other trades and site personnel where required.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a good standard and within the required timescales.
Requirements
- Valid and in-date CSCS card.
- Full PPE must be provided and worn at all times.
- Previous handyman or general maintenance experience.
- Relevant work references must be available upon request.
- Good knowledge of site health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach to work.
