LOCATION: Capel-le-Ferne, Kent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
PAY RATE: £15.88 per hour
DURATION: Ongoing until February 2026
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy and well-managed construction site in Capel-le-Ferne, Kent. This is a long-term opportunity, offering consistent weekday hours and a steady income, making it ideal for someone seeking stable work within the construction industry.
You will become part of a supportive site team working on a large-scale project, where safety, teamwork, and site standards are a priority.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general labouring and manual handling tasks across the site

Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with day-to-day activities

Ensuring the site remains clean, tidy, and organised at all times

Loading and unloading materials and maintaining proper storage

Complying with all health and safety procedures and site rules

Performing any other duties as required to support site progress
Requirements:

A valid CSCS card (essential for site access)

Full PPE, including hard hat, high-visibility vest/jacket, safety boots, and gloves

Previous experience on a construction site is preferred but not essential

A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
