Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team on a busy construction site in Lenham, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various site operations and assisting tradespeople to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general site duties including keeping the work area clean and tidy.
- Loading and unloading materials and deliveries.
- Moving tools and equipment as directed by site supervisors.
- Supporting skilled trades as required.
- Following all health and safety procedures on site.
- Reporting any hazards or issues to the site manager promptly.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card – essential.
- Full PPE (safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, and any additional site-specific PPE).
- Previous experience working on construction sites.
- Ability to provide references from previous workplaces.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Good understanding of site safety and willingness to follow instructions carefully.
