LOCATION: Blean, Canterbury
START DATE: Thursday 15th October 2026
END DATE: Friday 23rd October 2026
PAY RATE: £16.94 per hour
HOURS: 9 hours paid per day
Duties
- Carrying out general labouring duties around the construction site.
- Assisting tradespeople and site management with day-to-day tasks.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials around the site.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and free from debris.
- Removing waste and disposing of materials in designated areas.
- Assisting with deliveries and the movement of equipment.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Wearing the appropriate PPE at all times.
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by the site manager.
Requirements
- Valid and in-date CSCS card.
- Full PPE, including safety boots, hard hat, hi-vis clothing and any other required protective equipment.
- Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred.
- Work references must be available and provided upon request.
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to carry out manual handling and physical site duties.
