LOCATION: Manston
START DATE: Friday 20th November
END DATE: Tuesday 24th November
PAY RATE: £16.94 per hour
HOURS: 9 hours paid per day
Duties
- Carrying out general labouring duties across the construction site.
- Assisting tradespeople and site operatives with day-to-day tasks.
- Loading, unloading and moving building materials and equipment.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and free from debris.
- Sweeping, clearing and maintaining designated work areas.
- Assisting with deliveries and the distribution of materials around site.
- Removing waste and disposing of materials in the correct designated areas.
- Supporting site management and other trades as required.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Ensuring walkways and working areas remain clear and safe at all times.
Requirements
- Valid and in-date CSCS card (essential).
- Full PPE must be provided and worn at all times.
- Previous construction site labouring experience preferred.
- Relevant work references must be available.
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Professional approach and good communication skills.
