LOCATION: Sutton Valence, Maidstone Kent
PAY: £20.00 per hour
DURATION: 3 Weeks (Immediate Start)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyperson to join our team on a project in Sutton Valence, Maidstone, Kent, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out high-quality mastic (sealant) application to a professional finish.

General snagging and finishing works.

Basic carpentry and joinery repairs.

Installing fixtures and fittings.
-
Minor painting and decorating touch-ups.

Silicone sealing in kitchens, bathrooms, and around windows and doors.

General maintenance and handyperson duties as required on site.

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in professional mastic application is essential.

Previous experience working as a handyperson on construction or refurbishment projects.

Own hand tools.
-
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Valid CSCS card
