RATE: £20.00 per hour
We are currently looking for an experienced Handyperson / Making Good Operative to join our team on a construction project in Faversham, Kent.
Duties will include:

General making good works throughout the project.

Completing snagging and finishing tasks to a high standard.

Patch repairs to walls, ceilings and finishes.

Basic carpentry and finishing work.
-
Silicone sealing and mastic application where required.

Minor painting and decorating touch-ups.
-
General site maintenance and preparation for practical completion.
-
Assisting with final works to ensure the project is ready for handover.
Requirements:
-
Valid CSCS Card (essential).
-
Previous experience in a Handyperson or Making Good role.

Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
-
Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship.
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines.
-
Checkable work references.
