-
Lead change control processes, ensuring variations are accurately recorded, valued and recovered.
-
Prepare, review and manage cost reports, cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and commercial forecasts.
-
Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to protect and improve profitability.
-
Manage client accounts and confidently challenge valuations, costs and contractual positions where necessary to protect commercial interests.
-
Oversee contractual documentation, commercial records and compliance with contractual obligations.
-
Work closely with site teams to monitor progress, resolve commercial issues and ensure effective cost control.
-
Manage multiple projects and accounts, prioritising workload and ensuring commercial deadlines are met.
-
Lead the negotiation and agreement of final accounts with clients and other relevant parties.
-
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, site teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Provide commercial guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors and other members of the commercial team where required.

Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, reduce costs and maximise project margins.
-
Take ownership of commercial risks, contractual disputes and account management through to successful project close-out.
Requirements:
