DURATION: 5 Weeks (Start: Monday 13th August)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable SMSTS/SSSTS Site Supervisor / Handyperson/Painter to join our team on a project in North London, starting on Monday 13th August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising site operations and ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
- Carrying out general painting and decorating works.
- Completing general handyman and maintenance tasks as required.
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors.
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within programme.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS/SSSTS certificate (essential).
- IPAF ticket (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
- Experience with painting and general handyman duties.
- Own hand tools (preferred).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Valid CSCS card.
