HOURS: 9 paid hours per day
RATE: £17.00 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join our team on a commercial project in Folkestone, Kent.
Duties will include:

Preparing concrete floors ready for specialist floor coating applications.

Masking around skirting boards and surrounding areas using masking tape to achieve a clean, professional finish.

Applying a liquid Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area throughout the project.

Following all site health and safety procedures and site rules at all times.

Assisting with other site duties as required.
Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card (essential).

Full PPE.
-
Previous experience in floor preparation or similar construction work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Checkable work references.
