RATE: £14.24 per hour PAYE
We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Sparkle Cleaners to work on a construction site in Maidstone, Kent, getting the site fully cleaned and ready for final handover.
The Role
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out detailed cleaning works across the site to ensure all areas are presented to a high standard and are ready for client handover.
Duties will include:

Remove construction dust, dirt, and debris from all surfaces.

Clean windows, glass, doors, skirting boards, and fixtures.

Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, cupboards, and appliances.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors.

Remove stickers, protective films, and light marks where safe and authorised.

Dispose of general cleaning waste in designated areas.

Report damage, defects, and safety hazards to the site supervisor.

Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.

Follow site health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Complete all cleaning tasks to the required standard and within agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sparkle Cleaner, Builders Cleaner or Construction Cleaner
- Good attention to detail
- A high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good reliability and punctuality
- Own suitable PPE
- References available upon request
- Ability to work for the full duration of the project
