This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and can maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Successful applicants will be expected to work efficiently, follow instructions and maintain a professional approach throughout their shift.
Duties
- Carrying out general cleaning duties to ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, worktops and communal areas.
- Cleaning toilets, washrooms and welfare facilities.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and appropriately.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or cleaning requirements to the relevant supervisor.
- Working independently and as part of a team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Full PPE will be provided.
- References are required and must be available upon request.
- CSCS card is NOT required for this position.
- Must be available to start Monday 9th November 2026 and commit to the working hours of 8:00am–4:00pm.
