LOCATION: Ashford, Middlesex
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor / Foreman to supervise works on site in Ashford, Middlesex.
This is a straightforward site supervision role. The successful candidate will be required to be present on site during working hours to oversee the works, ensure operatives are working safely and monitor progress.
The role will involve:
- Being present on site and supervising the works.
- Monitoring operatives and ensuring they are working safely.
- Ensuring site rules and health & safety requirements are followed.
- Keeping an eye on the progress of the works.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant management team.
- Liaising with the site team as required.
- Ensuring the work area is kept safe and tidy.
- Completing any basic site paperwork or reporting required.
The successful candidate must have:
- CSCS – essential
- SSSTS – essential
- First Aid – essential
- Full PPE – essential
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor / Foreman role.
- Good understanding of site health and safety.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to supervise the site independently and communicate effectively.
