We are seeking a skilled Telehandler Driver to join a busy construction site in Rochester, Kent. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating the telehandler to facilitate the movement of materials, support trades, and ensure efficient site logistics. The successful candidate will perform loading and unloading tasks, assist with site organisation, and conduct daily safety checks on equipment. This position offers the chance for ongoing employment with a reputable contractor within a professional and safety-focused team environment. Your proactive approach and adherence to health and safety regulations will be essential to maintaining a smooth workflow on-site
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket (essential)
- Valid CSCS card (preferred)
- Previous experience operating a telehandler on a live construction site
- Good communication skills and awareness of site safety protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel toe boots)
- Own transport desirable due to limited public transport links at the site
This role offers a competitive hourly rate between £19.00 and £20.00, paid weekly, with consistent work opportunities in the Rochester area.
