JOB TYPE: Temporary, Full-Time
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Telehandler Operator to work on a construction site in Folkestone for a 1-day assignment on Thursday 30th October 2025.
This is a short-term role, suitable for a qualified operator who is available for a one-off shift and can work safely and efficiently under the direction of the site team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the telehandler to move materials and equipment around the site
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Assisting trades and site teams with lifting and distribution tasks
- Carrying out routine checks on the machine and reporting any issues
- Adhering to all site health and safety regulations
- Supporting the site team with general duties when not operating the machine
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card with Telehandler category – Essential
- Valid CSCS card – Essential
- Full PPE: Hard hat, high-visibility clothing, safety boots, gloves
- Proven experience operating a telehandler on a busy construction site
- Good communication skills and a safety-first attitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
