LOCATION: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal for a long-term position on a busy construction site in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey.
Responsibilities:
- Safely directing site traffic, deliveries, and plant movement on and off-site
- Always ensuring pedestrian and vehicle safety
- Monitoring site access and egress points in line with site security procedures
- Assisting with general site duties where required
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel to manage traffic flow
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshal (Vehicle Banksman) ticket
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe boots)
- Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
