LOCATION: Deal, Kent
START DATE: Tuesday 13th October 2026
END DATE: Wednesday 21st October 2026
PAY RATE: £17.43 per hour
HOURS: 9 hours paid per day
Duties
-
Directing and controlling site traffic safely
-
Marshalling vehicles entering and leaving the site
-
Guiding delivery vehicles into position
-
Assisting drivers with reversing and manoeuvring
-
Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles are kept safely separated
-
Monitoring site access and keeping entrances and exits clear
-
Communicating clearly with drivers, site operatives and supervisors
-
Maintaining a safe and organised traffic flow around the site
-
Following all site traffic management and health and safety procedures
-
Reporting any hazards or unsafe situations to the Site Manager
-
Carrying out general site duties as required
-
Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times
Requirements
-
Valid CSCS card required
-
Valid Traffic Marshal ticket required
-
Full PPE required
-
Previous Traffic Marshal experience on construction sites
-
References required
-
Good communication skills
-
Reliable and punctual
-
Good awareness of site health and safety
-
Confident directing and communicating with site traffic
-
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
-
Good work ethic and professional attitude
-
Available to work from Tuesday 13th October to Wednesday 21st October 2026
