Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced Traffic Marshal to join a dynamic construction site in Rochester, Kent. In this role, you will be responsible for directing vehicle and plant machinery movement across the site, ensuring the safety of all personnel, visitors, and delivery vehicles. Your duties will include managing site access points, coordinating deliveries, enforcing safety protocols, and assisting with general site duties as needed. This position offers a stable and ongoing opportunity for the right candidate within a professional, safety-conscious team environment.
- Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket (CPCS or NPORS)
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Previous construction site experience
- Good understanding of site safety and communication protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots)
- Own transport desirable (depending on site location)
In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from £16.50 to £17.00 per hour, paid weekly.
