We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Traffic Marshal to work on a busy industrial site in the Isle of Grain.
This is an opportunity offering a minimum of 2 months' work, starting on Monday 3rd November 2025. The successful candidate must hold a valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket and CSCS card and be confident managing vehicle movements on a live site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant on and around site
- Coordinating deliveries and guiding vehicles to appropriate unloading areas
- Ensuring pedestrian routes are safe and maintained
- Communicating clearly with drivers, site managers, and plant operators
- Monitoring access points and ensuring site traffic flows efficiently and safely
- Supporting general site logistics and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshal (or Vehicle Banksman) qualification/ticket – Essential
- Valid CSCS card – Essential
- Full PPE: Hard hat, high-visibility vest or jacket, steel toe-capped boots, gloves
- Previous experience in a similar role on construction or industrial sites
- Strong understanding of site safety and vehicle movement procedures
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
