LOCATION: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey

HOURS: 9 hours paid
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshal/Banksman to work on a busy construction site in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, for a one-day position on Wednesday 9th September 2026.
Duties may include:
- Directing and marshalling site vehicles safely
- Guiding reversing vehicles and assisting drivers with manoeuvring
- Managing vehicle movements around the site entrance and working areas
- Ensuring pedestrians are kept clear of moving vehicles
- Assisting with deliveries and collections
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel
- Maintaining a safe and controlled traffic flow
- Following instructions from the Site Manager
- Carrying out general traffic management duties as required
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
- Full PPE, including hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal on construction sites
- Good understanding of construction site health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- References required
- Must be available to work the full day on Wednesday 9th September
