JOB TITLE: Welfare Labourer
LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent
PAY RATE: £15.88 per hour
JOB TYPE: Long-Term Temporary (Starting 6th April – Approx. 1 Year)
Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join a busy construction site in Folkestone, Kent. This is a long-term opportunity offering up to 1 year of consistent work, ideal for someone looking for stability and ongoing employment within a well-managed site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness of site welfare facilities including canteens, toilets, drying rooms, and offices
- Regularly cleaning and restocking welfare areas as required
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene are upheld at all times
- Carrying out general labouring duties when needed
- Assisting site management and trades with day-to-day tasks
- Keeping walkways and communal areas clean and safe
- Following all health and safety regulations on site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
