RATE: £16.94 per hour
HOURS: 9 hours paid per day
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join a busy construction site in Sittingbourne, Kent for 1 week's cover, starting Monday 17th August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining all site welfare facilities to a high standard.
- Regularly cleaning site toilets, canteens, drying rooms, offices, and welfare cabins.
- Restocking consumables such as toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Emptying bins and ensuring welfare areas remain clean and presentable throughout the day.
- Carrying out general site housekeeping duties.
- Assisting with general labouring tasks when required.
- Supporting the site management team to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Full PPE, including hard hat, hi-vis vest, and safety boots.
- Previous experience working on construction sites.
- Comfortable cleaning welfare facilities, including site toilets.
- Two recent, checkable work references.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
