LOCATION: Morden, Greater London

PAY RATE: £16.94 per hour
HOURS: 8 hours paid per day
CSCS: NOT REQUIRED
We are currently looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourers to join a busy construction site in Morden, Greater London, starting Friday 28th August through to Friday 4th September.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and presentable welfare area throughout the duration of the project.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining site toilets and welfare facilities
- Cleaning and maintaining the canteen and break areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning of welfare areas
- Replenishing basic welfare supplies when required
- Keeping communal areas clean and tidy throughout the working day
- Reporting any maintenance, cleanliness or supply issues to the site management team
- Assisting with general welfare duties around the site as required
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a professional and reliable attitude at all times
Requirements
- CSCS card is NOT required
- Previous welfare, cleaning, labouring or construction-site experience is preferred
- References are required
- Full PPE is required
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Available for the full duration of the job
