LOCATION: Ebbsfleet, Kent

RATE: £17.43 per hour
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join a busy construction site in Ebbsfleet, Kent, starting on Tuesday 1st September 2026.
Duties may include:
- Cleaning and maintaining site toilets throughout the day
- Cleaning and keeping the site canteen clean and tidy
- Cleaning welfare facilities and communal areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Restocking toilet rolls, hand soap, paper towels and other welfare supplies
- Ensuring canteen areas are kept clean and presentable
- Cleaning tables, surfaces and kitchen/canteen areas
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene across all welfare facilities
- Reporting any issues with welfare facilities to the Site Manager
- General housekeeping around the welfare areas
- Assisting with other general labouring duties when required
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE, including hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots
- Previous experience working on a construction site is preferred
- Experience carrying out cleaning, welfare or housekeeping duties would be an advantage
- References required
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for maintaining welfare standards
- Good attention to detail
- Available to start Tuesday 1st September and commit to the duration of the role
